Through generations of family dedication, the stories of Daniels County have been preserved, milestones celebrated, challenges shared, and neighbors kept connected. And although our relationship is fairly new, your commitment to local journalism has become evident and provided a trusted source of information and invaluable connection to the people I serve as the Representative of House District 29. I have especially appreciated the important role the Leader has played in keeping the lines of communication open between myself and my Daniels County constituents. While it is bittersweet to see the final edition of this treasured family newspaper, we celebrate the remarkable legacy you and your family left this community and the countless lives it has touched over more than 100 years.
