This is Linda Harmon from Scobey, MT and I am campaigning for the House District 29 Seat. MUST have established handicap to be eligible for cash/tournament prizes. Minimum age is 18 or older - or High School graduate I would like to draw your attention to House Bill 838 which did NOT pass in the 2025 legislature. The bill title was “Allow Supreme Court Justices to Use Partisan Affiliation “ There are completed bills duly passed by the House and Senate that are signed by the governor and should be in effect only to be hindered by activist judges sitting in Montana Courts denying the due process of legislation that the citizens of Montana have entrusted to our elected State legislators. The failure of Bill 838 denies the citizens critical information concerning the judges politically biased stance which enables the perversion of our legislative process. I encourage you to research the other bills that were removed from the people’s hands that should be in effect during these last 6 years. Information gathered from the research of the clerk of MT Supreme Court shows approximately 18 bills that have been prevented from being enacted by the abuse of the judicial system. This flagrant removal of our laws began as an assault on our legislative process after the 2020 election and the courts increased legislative meddling from the bench. The Judiciary committee in the 2025 legislature passed this House Bill 838 12 votes to 8. It was then sent to the full House, and it was defeated by 8 votes. Of the 54 votes against the bill, 12 Republicans in Name only, including my opponent, voted NO! I urge you to vote in the primary on June 2nd. Vote for me, Linda Harmon, a real conservative Republican For House District 29 who not only believes in our Montana values but lives them.
