A certified check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the written bid, made payable to Scobey Lutheran Church, must accompany the bid. Successful bidder(s) will pay balance due on bid by the date of closing. Seller will provide an Owners Title Insurance Policy showing title to the property vested in the successful bidder for the amount of the purchase price. 6. 2026 property taxes will be pro-rated between the parties at the date of closing. 7.
