Daniels Memorial Healthcare Center remains committed to high- quality care, yet our aging facility can no longer support today’s healthcare standards. KEY NEEDS: Clinical Workflow: Separated care areas limit efficient staff coordination; a centralized nurse’s station would streamline workflow & communication. Space Limitations: The building’s size and layout prevent adding or expanding specialty services. Accessibility: A split- level design makes navigation difficult for patients, visitors, and staff - especially those with mobility challenges. Privacy: Current layout does not allow for the level of patient privacy expected in present- day healthcare. Modern Infrastructure: Updated electrical and energy-efficient systems are essential for today’s medical technology. Ambulance Access: An enclosed, heated ambulance bay is needed to safely receive patients, especially during harsh Montana winters.
