Bid Invitation for Agricultural Land Bids are being sought for agricultural land located in Sheridan County, Montana, owned by Rita Tange Werdal, ETAL, more particularly described as follows TOWNSHIP 36 NORTH, RANGE 53 EAST Section 21: SE1/4 containing approximately 158.9 acres Section 28: NE1/4 containing approximately 157.2 acres Bidders may bid on any or all of the parcels. Sellers will reserve any and all mineral and royalty rights. Sale includes any and all improvements on the land. Taxes on the property will be pro-rated as of the date of the sale. Sellers will provide owner’s title insurance. Sellers reserve the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities, and to accept the bid which is in the Sellers’ best interest.
