Criteria met for this award is as follows: Performance Improvement in a project related to MT PIN or MBQIP data measures: Financial Viability Complete and Consistent Data Reporting (Quality Committee) Engagement & Sharing with MT CAHs (Quality Comittee) A huge thank you to our dedicated team whose passion and hard work make this achievement possible.
