BID INVITATION FOR AGRICULTURAL LAND Bids are being sought for agricultural land located in Sheridan County, Montana, formerly owned by Gertrude Sundsted aka Gertrude Egeland, more particularly described as follows: TOWNSHIP 33 NORTH, RANGE 56 EAST Section 25: N1/2SW1/4, SE1/4 containing approximately 240 acres TOWNSHIP 33 NORTH, RANGE 57 EAST Section 30: SW1/4 containing approximately 159 acres Bidders may bid on any or all of the foregoing parcels. The sale may also include the opportunity to lease additional, adjoining agricultural land, more particularly described as follows: TOWNSHIP 33 NORTH, RANGE 56 EAST Section 25: S1/2SW1/4 containing approximately 80 acres Sellers will reserve any and all mineral and royalty rights. Sale includes any and all improvements on the land. Taxes on the property will be pro-rated as of the date of sale. Sellers will provide owner’s title insurance. Sellers reserve the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities, and to accept the bid which is in the Sellers’ best interest. The purchase will be subject to standard agricultural lease which expires December 31, 2025. Sealed bids must be received at the law office of Howard & Howard before noon on Monday, November 10, 2025. Address bids to 211 N.
