Daniels County Container Site Rules 1. The container site shall only be used when an attendant is on-site. 2. Access to the container site shall be controlled with perimeter fences and gates. 3. When the container site is closed, all gates and access points shall be closed and locked. 4. The site attendant shall check in all site users. The attendant shall record the date, time, user’s name, vehicle license number, and type and estimated volume of waste on the log sheet. 5. All gates for each container bay shall be closed and locked when not being actively used that day. All container lids shall be closed at the end of each working day. All container bay gates shall be closed and locked when there is not an attendant on-site. 6. The on-site attendant shall closely observe the dumping of all waste. 7. No children or pets are allowed outside vehicles. 8. Only household and commercial waste shall be dumped in the containers. 9.
