Daniels County Health Department is accepting applications for a part-time (10 hours per week) Region 11 CONNECT Coordinator • CONNECT is a bidirectional referral network that allows client contact information to be sent between service providers to reduce common barriers for external referrals and increase client uptake in services. • 10 hours per week. Will work out of the Sc obey office but travel is required to 4 county area. This position is grant-funded & is cur rently funded until June 30, 2024.
