Students of the Month at Scobey Schools Our elementary student of the month is kindergartener Rowan Southland. His parents are Sean and Lacey Southland. Rowan enjoys eating lunch at school. His favorite subject is math and his favorite teacher is Mrs. Heidel. Rowan’s role model is his mom. When he grows up he wants to be a fireman or a construction worker like his dad. Rowan likes to play in the snow and have play dates. His siblings are Devon, Kyle, and Siri. Our junior high student of the month is 7th grader Emery Rouse. Her parents are Rob and Keren Rouse. Kasslyn Baldry is her older sister. Emery is active in volleyball, basketball, and track. Her favorite subject is science and her favorite teacher is Mr. States. Emery’s role model is her mom. When she gets older, Emery wants to be an interior designer. Outside of school, Emery enjoys reading, coloring, and hanging out with her friends. Our high school student of the month is freshman Shelby Cole. Shelby’s dad is Jeremy Cole. Evan is her older brother. She is active in FFA. Shelby’s favorite subject is math. Her favorite teacher is Mr. States. She would like to be a horse trainer or a social worker when she grows up. Shelby’s role models are Alycia Nathe and Mrs. Buer.
