AND A BIG THANK YOU FOR “30 Years of Willie’s Farm Repair” Never did I imagine this day 30 years ago when I told my wife Lisa that I wanted to open my own shop. The story of “Willie’s Farm Repair” is successful only because of the loyal and devoted customers who started with me way back then. Many of you are still with me today. In the early years, farmers would ‘pre-pay’ me for my jobs because they understood how tough starting out would be. It’s that same devotion that has followed me through the years. We have all noticed how hard it is to find good help; but I have been lucky and blessed to have some of the hardest working employees around. I feel confident that selling "Willie's Farm Repair" to Border Plains is a perfect fit to continue on my legacy, not only for myself, but also knowing that my customers and my employees will continue to be taken care of. Finally, I would like to Thank my wife Lisa and my kids Tyler and Brianne for the sacrifices they made so I could do this. I have heard a quote that says “Find a job you love, and you’ll never work another day" That quote fits me, as I have looked forward to each and every day over the last 30 years . . . all because of my Customers, and because of my Employees.
