Trustees of High School District Call For Levy– The elementary and high school boards of High School District No. 1 met at a special session on April 28 to discuss high school finances and the need for calling a special election June 2, for the purpose of referring a special levy to the voters.

By a unanimous vote of those present it was agreed to ask approval of a six mill levy for the purpose of operation and maintenance and for additional equipment needed for the new addition which will be ready for occupancy by Sept. 1.
