County Approves Bond Resolution For Hospital Project

The Daniels County Commissioners unanimously approved a resolution Monday authorizing the issuance and sale of conduit industrial development revenue bonds (IDRBs) to support construction of the new Daniels Memorial Hospital.

The action came following a public hearing held during the Commission’s regular April 6 meeting at the courthouse in Scobey.

Nathan Bilyeu of Jackson, Murdo & Grant, a nationally recognized bond counsel specializing in tax-exempt financing for local governments and nonprofit organizations, was present to explain the financing structure and answer questions.
