Scobey FFA Finish Well in Big Muddy District Contests
Scobey FFA hosted the Big Muddy District Agriculture Technology Machinery Systems (ATMS) and Agronomy contests on Monday, January 19, welcoming approximately 200 FFA members from across the district.
The event marked the first time Scobey has hosted a district-level FFA competition and the first time Daniels County has held a district contest in more than 20 years. The last district event in the county took place in Peerless in the early 2000s.
Fifteen schools make up the Big Muddy District, including Hinsdale, Opheim, Scobey, Nashua, Wolf Point, Poplar, Plentywood, Medicine Lake, Froid, Culbertson, Bainville, Fairview, Sidney, Lambert and Richey.
Scobey FFA students performed well throughout...
