Lady Spartans Eyeing Top Prize In 2025-26 Action

They did not place first, second nor third to earn a trophy at the 2025 State C Tournament in Butte but the Scobey High School varsity girls’ basketball team accomplished the next best thing by playing in the finalday round in the extremely large Class C ranks.

They did reach the accomplishment of playing in the State C Tournament’s consolation game late Saturday afternoon to place fourth. Last time it was checked, which was Thursday, April 3, 2025, that is still a better finish than 71 other Class C teams involving 95 Class C schools in Montana!

The Lady Spartans returned all but one player, the graduated Kaytie Aanstad, from the 2024-25 season!
