FOOTBALL — Sports cooperative agreement discussion: As small towns in Montana get smaller population-wise then the next move eventually is signing a cooperative agreement with a more large, equal-size or smaller school. The Leader reader is going to be taken through the process via the Wibaux Pioneer Gazette weekly newspaper in Wibaux, Montana, where the pros and cons were recently discussed at The Sports Co-op meeting held last month. The gathering brought parents and community members together to work out what is the best fit for Wibaux Longhorn football in the 2026 season.
