Polio Chapter Here Helps in Emergency– The Daniels County Chapter of the National Foundation for Infantile Paralysis is sending $1,500 from its local treasury, to national headquarters in response to a call to help pay patient care bills in other parts of the country.

Polio patients have been pledged assistance by the Infantile Paralysis program, Daniels County was a recipient of such contributions during 1948-49.
