Sheridan Electric Cooperative Inc. will be conducting its 78th annual meeting of membership Saturday, October 4, at Medicine Lake High School. Registration begins at 8 a.m. and the business session at 10 a.m. That said, the Operations Report on page 8 of its 16-page annual report brochure had some interesting numbers. For instance, in 2024 the cooperative conducted 12 monthly and 52 weekly safety meetings; installed 851 poles; installed 89,772 feet of new overhead conductor; installed 23,894 feet of new underground conductor; had 19 new accounts; had 43 retired accounts; had 39 service upgrades; had 270 outages; drove 290,180 miles. — mike
