Hospital Fund Nears Goal; Contract To Be Signed– Special committees soliciting in almost all the county’s 19 precincts have turned in approximately $40,000 in cash and pledges at this writing.

The goal is $50,000 and the Board of Trustees believes that voluntary contributions and completion of the drive will bring in the balance in the next few days, as there have been some communities that have not been solicited yet.

Construction work will begin within the next few weeks and the Daniels Memorial Hospital is definitely to be a reality.
