BOARD OF TRUSTEES SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 1 DANIELS COUNTY, MONTANA

REGULAR MEETING Open Session: June 17, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. in the Music Room

AdministrativeStaffPresent: Greg Hardy, Superintendent; Caitlin Buer, Principal; Colleen Drury, District Clerk

Others Present: Haley Pfefferkorn, Kadence Oie, J’Ann Bilbrey, Amanda Manternach and Poppy Manternach Chairman Tim Tande called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. Roll was taken and it was established that a quorum was present. Patrons & Visitors were recognized.

On motion by Logan Olson and seconded by DuWayne Wilson, the minutes from the May 12, 2025 Regular meeting were approved unanimously as presented.

Staff Reports: The Business Manager, Principal and Superintendent reports were discussed and are attached and made a part of these minutes by reference.

Committee Reports: There were no Committee Reports.

Finance: On motion by Logan Olson and seconded by Du-Wayne Wilson, Claims #19599 - #19641, dated May 10, 2025 – June 6, 2025, in the amount of $112,399.07, were approved unanimously as presented.
