Hospital Board May Notes

Daniels Memorial Healthcare Center held its regular Board of Directors meeting, May 28, 2025 at 6 p.m. in the Hospital conference room. The unapproved minutes in part include: Members Present: Tanner Trower, Janitzia Nelson, Arlene Kegley, Kymber Carney, Mike Bjarko, Chase Thompson, Jack Pittenger, Cliff Hames, Kody Brinton, Lauryn Nasby, Wendy Dahl, Jennifer Marsh, Kim Zink, Kris Kester, and Maria Lamb Tanner Trower, called the meeting to order.

Preliminary Budget Report: Reviewed the working preliminary budget for fiscal year 2026.

Kody reported the team is going to refine the budget before final approval in June, with plans to meet with department managers, providers, and staff to identify opportunities to increase revenue and volumes while controlling expenses.
