Credit Man Gives Picture of Price Trends–

Plates for more than 125 were set Monday forenoon at the Lutheran Church basement by the ladies aid for attending members and their wives and children of the Northeast Montana Production Credit Association, at the annual meeting.

Ernest E. Henry, president of the Production Credit Corporation, main speaker, gave some illuminating figures and sound advice on the agricultural situation.

Price trends for the nation have increased since 1939: U.S. Wholesales 36%; Prices Paid TO Farmers 116% (Montana 88%); Prices Paid BY Farmers 40% (not including labor); and Cash Income 150% .
