MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DANIELS COUNTY, MONTANA, HELD MAY 2, 3 and 16, 2022.

REGULAR MEETING

May 2, 9 o’clock a.m.

The Board met in regular session, Commissioners Lund, Linder and Humbert were present with the clerk. Pledge of Allegiance was recited.

Commissioner Linder made a motion to approve the agenda, Commissioner Humbert seconded the motion, all present voted in favor, motion passed.

Commissioner Humbert made a motion to approve the March 2022 minutes, Commissioner Linder seconded the motion, all present voted in favor, motion passed.

The Board approved JV#’s 8431-8442.

The Board approved payroll for April 2022.

The Board reviewed the officer reports for April 2022.

The Board reviewed the workplan for Action for Eastern Montana known as Results Orientated Management and Accountability (ROMA). Commissioner Humbert made a motion to sign the workplan certifying that the Board has read and reviewed the workplan, Commissioner Linder seconded the motion, all present voted in favor, motion passed.

The Board reviewed the contract between the Fair Association and Daniels County. The Board decided that a spot for the fair board chairman to sign should be included.

Logan Olson, County Attorney, met with the Board to have them approve a new memorandum for the opioid settlement listing him as the contact person for future correspondence.

The Board recessed for lunch. The Board reconvened after lunch, Commissioners Lund, Linder and Humbert were present with the clerk.

Sherie Anderberg, met with the Board to request to spend the Action

for Eastern Montana ARPA
