Hospital Board June Notes

Daniels Memorial Healthcare Center held its Regular Board of Directors meeting, June 22, 2026 at 6 p.m. in the Hospital conference room.

Members Present: Arlene Kegley, Kody Brinton, Lauryn Nasby, Mike Bjarko, Wendy Dahl, Janitzia Nelson, Marla Gray, Kim Zink, Cliff Hames, Kris Kester, Wyatt Wilder, Kymber Carney, Amanda Hannah, Mitch Goplen Janitzia Nelson called the meeting to order.

FY27 Final Budget - Finance Chair presented the final FY27 budget. It reflects a positive operating income. Only minor changes were made to the preliminary budget that was presented at the May Board meeting. Additional updates were related to correcting dates. Cliff Hames made a motion to approve the final FY27 budget as amended; seconded and carried.
