The proposed Bridger Pipeline Expansion remains in the environmental review process, with federal and state agencies now using public comments to prepare a Draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS). A recently released 1,076-page Scoping Report summarizes the concerns, questions and support expressed during the project’s public comment period and identifies the issues that will receive further analysis before any permitting decisions are made.
