Carol Jeanne (Smith) Fouhy, 79, formally from Peerless and Scobey, MT, passed away on June 16, 2026 in Lakewood CO. Carol was born on September 13, 1946 in Spokane Washington to Sidney N. Smith and Mary M. (Arpagaus) Smith She graduated MaryCliff High School in Spokane, WA. Following high school, she continued her education to be a medical secretary at Spokane Community College.
