What Is Process Of Making Beer?

So you have been to Pleasant Prairie Brewing on Scobey’s south side for a glass of suds but the question is this: how does the process go?

On Friday, June 19, the Leader guy joined owner Ben Fosland (left in top photo) and beerslinger Todd Archambeault for an up-close look at how beer is brewed in Scobey, Montana.

The day began at 7 a.m. and the two were about to whip up a batch of Crazy Ivan IPA.
