Team Buer, Myhre And Nelson Win First Scramble Of Season

The 15th annual Independence Bank-Nemont Scramble was played Saturday, June 6, at the Scobey Golf Course and emerging as the winning team was the foursome of Hunter Buer, Kole Myhre, Jacklynn Nelson and Seth Nelson.

The runnersup squad was made up of Tate Benson, Riley Gaustad, Libby Gaustad and Tyler Ordahl while the third-place team consisted of Freedom Crawford, Ryan Harrington, John Kutzler and Jeff Thomas.

There were 21 four-person teams in the competition.

The next event on deck is the Women’s 2-Person Tournament Saturday, June 13, with the Adult/Youth event on Sunday, June 14.

July 10-12 features the Cannonball Member-Guest Best Ball event on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
