PRO CO-OP fertilizer plant in Richland is back up and running at full capacity in time for the spring fertilizer season. In January, about 30 feet of a load-out leg, like the one shown here, snapped off in high winds, crashing through the roof and destroying a restroom and storage room inside where it came to rest. No one was in the structure at the time, as it occurred over a holiday weekend. This new custom leg was manufactured in Minnesota and recently installed by Montana Metal Fabricating of Great Falls, while L & L Construction of Scobey completed the roof, structure and interior repairs. —Jacky-Dyrland Photo
