Hospital Board January Notes

Dan Mem Healthcare Center held its approved Special Board of Directors meeting, January 19, 2026 and its unapproved January 26, 2026 board minutes, both at 6 p.m. in Hospital conference room.

January 19, 2026 Members Present: Tanner Trower, Arlene Kegley, Kymber Carney, Cliff Hames, Kody Brinton, Lauryn Nasby, Wendy Dahl, Jennifer Marsh, Kim Zink, Kris Kester, Mike Bjarko, Maria Lamb, Janitzia Nelson, Wyatt Wilder, Paul DuCharme, Mitch Goplen, Missy Aldrich, Jenny Berryhill, and Joan Bjarko Concept plan, Exterior Images, Bid Process - Mitch Goplen from Billings Clinic and Paul DuCharme from Erdman, our architect group, presented the new facility’s location, floorplan, and exterior images. Earlier that day, January 19, Mitch and Paul presented the floor plan to all DMHC staff. Budget and cost of project is top of priority along with patient care improvements and patient flow.
