REGULAR MEETING Open Session: December 9, 2025 at 8:00 a.m. in the Mezzanine

Others Present: none Chairman Tim Tande called the meeting to order at 8:00 a.m. Roll was taken and it was established that a quorum was present. Patrons & Visitors were recognized.

On motion by Leif Handran and seconded by DuWayne Wilson, the minutes from the November 11, 2025 Regular meeting were approved unanimously as presented.

Staff Reports: The Superintendent report was discussed and are attached and made a part of these minutes by reference.
