BOARD OF TRUSTEES SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 1 DANIELS COUNTY, MONTANA

REGULAR MEETING Open Session: November 11, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. in the Music Room MembersPresent: TimTande, Leif Handran, DuWayne Wilson, and Logan Olson; Garrett Lund absent Administrative Staff Present: Greg Hardy, Superintendent; Colleen Drury, District Clerk Others Present: Kyla Cromwell Chairman Tim Tande called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. Roll was taken and it was established that a quorum was present. Patrons & Visitors were recognized.

On motion by DuWayne Wilson and seconded by Leif Handran, the minutes from the October 14, 2025 Regular and October 21, 2025 Special meetings were approved unanimously as presented.

Staff Reports: The Superintendent report was discussed and is attached and made a part of these minutes by reference.
