BASKETBALL — Two times your hoops pleasure on same day, same place: The Scobey 7th and 8th grade girls/boys b-ball teams will see change this season when practice begins October 20. That is the day both the girls and boys begin practicing for the 2025 season. The Scobey junior high girls playing in the late-fall time frame is still in play but the boys starting their season right after the New Year are over (for this season anyway). Both the 7th and 8th grade girls and boys teams will now be playing at the same tournaments on the same day, all starting at 9 a.m. The season opener for both the Scobey girls and boys is Friday, October 25, at the Wolves Den Gym in Wolf Point.
