V-Ball Hosts Mavs, Travel To Lambert For Tournament Play

The Scobey girls’ varsity volleyball team added a pair of conference wins last week, the first occurring on its home court and the other where they had to travel.

On Thursday, September 28, the Nashua Porcupines paid their annual v-ball visit to the Scobey School large gymnasium. When game one came to a conclusion, fans in the stands must have been thinking this might be a big match.

Nashua struck first in the 6:07 p.m. start for a 1-0 lead but Camrie Holum’s hit found a hole in the defense knotting it.
