How low could Tyler Ordahl go?

Remember, lower is better in the game of golf, and dur ing the 30th annual Cannon-Ball Member-Guest Best-Ball Tournament held over the weekend, the Sheridan County product golfed soooo extraordinarily well he established a new course record on Sunday, July 20 (the previous 18hole record was 66 by Chad Gatlin of Broadus, Brock Copenhaver of Wolf Point and the same Tyler Ordahl). The very strong 18-hole push on the final day of the 2-day tourney helped him and Scobey Golf Club member Tate Benson secure first-place status.

Played on the Scobey Golf Course July 19-20, Satur day's first-round action, with a rain delay starting around late morning and departing a little over an hour later, saw defending champions Robin Fladager of Scobey and his guest Dane Anderson of Plentywood take a 2-shot lead, going 13-under-par with a very fine tally of 59 net strokes.
