City Receives $27,717 Taxes From County– During the last fiscal period the City of Scobey received a total of $27,717.67 in taxes as its portion of those collected by the county treasurer.

Water users swelled this amount further by $13,164.05, and sewer rent brought in $2,200. City licenses added another $2,140. Fines from police court activities totaled $413.07 and dog taxes yielded $130.

City bonded indebtedness as of the date of the report is $45,807.43, in addition to special improvement district indebtedness totaling $69,458.40. Special improvement district No. 1 is the heaviest with an indebtedness of $27,033.91. Lowest in District No....
