Scobey Blues Were Back Where They Created All Home Magic

Using a baseball analogy, no less, the Scobey Blues get-together conducted Friday and Saturday (June 27-28) during the Scobey School All-Class Reunion was a grand slam and then some!

The baseball event really enhanced the entire reunion, bringing in many extra people that might not have made it back to Scobey if it was not on the schedule.

However, it was and the many Blues attending certainly had the time of their lives, which officially started Friday at 2 p.m. at Richardson Theatre for a great slide show on the big screen.

Joe Puckett, a 1979 graduate of Peerless High School, conducted the show of the many photos that are in his just-released book The Blues of Summer, a mammoth project making its debut over the very busy weekend.

The Leader took a rough count up in the balcony of the folks who showed up and it was in the 110-120 range.
