Malta Golfers Win Scobey’s Womens Event

CARIBBEAN GOLF FIESTA women’s golf tournament last weekend had Carleen Machart wanting to decorate her golf cart, and several participants dressing up. The annual Women’s 2-Person Golf Tournament was held Saturday, June 14, at the Scobey Golf Course and drew 16 two-person teams.

This year’s theme was Caribbean Golf Fiesta-Margaritas & Mulligans with the format being Best Ball on the front 9 and Alterante Shot on the back 9.

The winners were McKenna Murdock and Kayla VanWichen of Malta, who carded a 32-36—68, one stroke better than runnersup Tandi Vannatta and Mychele Woodman of the Plentywo...
