Taken from the unapproved minutes and reporter’s notes of the regular meeting of City Council, City of Scobey, Montana held Tuesday, June 10, 2025 at 8:30 a.m.

REGULAR MEETING Mayor Morgan Lekvold called the meeting to order with councilmembers Seth Axtman, Greg Crowder, Niki Larson, and Brian French present. Fire Chief Wyatt Wilder, City Attorney Samatha Howard, Emma Bremsdal, PWD Steve Berreth, and Clerk Sonya M. Southland also attended.

Pool Manager — PWD Berreth reported that the pool is open, lessons start next week, and Walleyes Unlimited will pay for the lessons again this year. Glasgow does not need to use the City pool to host its swim meet in July.

Public Works Report –

• PWD Steve Berreth reported that 5th Ave was completed, but the MRI truck has left a dip in the street since then. The City has reached out to the engineers, the contractor, and the hospital.
