Thelma Veis 1922 – 2025

Thelma Harriet Veis was born in Scobey, Montana on January 17, 1922, the seventh of eight children of Halvor and Ragna Halvorson. She passed peacefully on February 28, 2025, in Meridian, Idaho, at the age of 103.

A Memorial service will be held in Scobey at 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 31 at the Scobey Lutheran Church. Interment will follow at the D.C. Cemetery.
