Schaefer’s Celebrate 60th Wedding Anniv.

Former Scobey residents, Larry and Karen Schaefer of Green Valley, AZ, were married in Scobey April 18, 1964 at St. Philip's Catholic Church with Father Martin Whalen officiating. They were attended by Valerie (Ware) Downs and Tom Halverson.

Karen, now 81, was born to Walt and Gladys Ware in Meadville, PA on September 28, 1942, one of five siblings – Walter Ware of Billings, Valerie Downs and Rocky (Kathy) Ware of Green Valley, AZ, and Renee (Dan) Wolfe of Scobey.
