DMHC Long Term/Swing Bed Area Closed To Visitations Due to Covid Outbreak

Daniels Memorial Healthcare Center reports due to positive COVID-19 cases in the facility, Daniels Memorial has entered outbreak status.

In coordination with Daniels County Public Health and Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) guidelines, visitation in thelong-term care/intermediate swing area will be temporarily closed and will be reassessed on February 1, 2024.

Staff are dedicated to keeping our residents, patients and employees as safe as possible.
