The Scobey varsity girls’ basketball team added one more game to the win column by defeating the visiting 4th-ranked (406mtsports.com) Lustre Christian Lions 42-34 Saturday afternoon.

The Spartans host the Dodson Coyotes Friday, January 19, at 5:30 p.m. and travel Saturday, January 20, to Circle for a key conference game scheduled for a 4 p.m. tip-off.

Scobey’s action last week was cut in half as many Class C girls’ games across Big Sky Cold Country were postponed due to extreme sub-zero temperatures. The Scobey at Nashua game scheduled for Friday night was just one of them.
