The Scobey Spartans saw their prep football season come to an end on the night of Friday, October 13, at Plainsmen Field when being dealt a 29-6 loss to the Wibaux Longhorns.

The Longhorns, along with conference champion Fairview and third-place Circle, advance to the 16team Class C 8-Man playoff bracket. Take note that both Wibaux and Circle completed the conference schedule with 4-2 records but the Longhorns earned the second-place spot by way of a 30-28 win over the Wildcats in Circle. The playoffs begin the last weekend of October.
