MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DANIELS COUNTY, MONTANA, HELD SEPTEMBER 5, 6, AND 18, 2023.

REGULAR MEETING

September 5, 9 o’clock a.m.

The Board met in regular session, Commissioners Linder, Humbert and Lund were present with the clerk.

The meeting was called to order. Pledge of Allegiance was recited.

Commissioner Lund made a motion to approve the agenda, Commissioner Linder seconded the motion, all present voted in favor, motion passed.

Commissioner Lund made a motion to approve August 2023 minutes. Commissioner Linder seconded the motion, all present voted in favor, motion passed.

The Board reviewed the officer reports for August 2023.

The Board approved JV#s 8565-8572 The Board approved payroll for August, 2023.

The Board reviewed the joint application and temporary easement for bypass crossing on coal creek with Bruce and Nola Fladager. Commissioner Lund made a motion to sign said easement, Commissioner Humbert seconded the motion, all present voted in favor, motion passed. Bruce and Nola Fladager will be in on Tuesday to sign said easement.

The Board reviewed Resolution 2023-20-Allowing the Commissioners to sign paperwork by the bypass and the bridge construction outside of noticed meetings due to time constraints. Commissioner Humbert made a motion to approve Resolution 2023-20, Commissioner Lund seconded the motion, all present voted in favor, motion passed.

The Board reviewed the Notice to Proceed for Airport Construction for pavement maintenance for FAA project #3-30-0068-0152023, Commissioner Lund made a motion to sign said notice, Commissioner Humbert seconded the motion, all present voted in favor, motion passed.

The Board reviewed 9S2NMG-3-30-0068-015-2023 Airport infrastructure grant. Commissioner Humbert made a motion to sign the grant, Commissioner Lund seconded the motion, all present voted in favor, motion passed.
