Grasshoppers are coming out in full force around the area, at least we are noticing them in Scobey around the yard and gardens. We tried a little “Tempo” the other day looks like it is helping.

We were delinquent in getting our weed and feed down early enough this year on the lawn and are thinking as long as we have it, we might as well apply it late in hopes of making those little suckers sick enough to quit eating.

Those with crops in the fields have much big ger and more important problems than those of us with lush lawns. We see the spray planes and rigs out working hard, we hope they can get a handle on it soon. ...
