Redstone Man

Laid To Rest–

Three years of suffering ended June 19 for Paul H. Kanning, 61, Redstone pioneer. Services were conducted in Flaxville. Pallbearers were J.T. Sparling, Nels Oksendahl, George Severson, Fred Halvorson, Irv Metzler and Herman Grefe.

A bachelor, he opened his heart and home to the six orphaned children of his deceased brother Ferdinand, who all survive him.
