MISCELLANEOUS — Name game (part four of four): Last week in part three we looked at the coolest, most interesting high school team names (mascots) in neighboring South Dakota. This week we head east into North Dakota to list the best names of the 194 active high schools, starting with the Alex ander Comets and followed by the Beulah Miners, Bismarck Legacy Sabres, Central Valley (Buxton) Burros, Cavalier Tornadoes, Central Cass (Casselton) Squirrels, Fordville-Lankin Flyers, Gackle-Streeter Imperials, Garrison Troopers, Grafton Spoilers (back in the 1930s Grafton upset a team in the state championship game and they've had that name since), Grenora Gophers (now the MonDak Thunder under a cooperative agreement with Westby High School in Montana), Hettinger Night Hawks, Hillsboro Burros, LaMoure Loboes, Lidgerwood Warbirds, Litchville-Marion Loboes, Max Cossacks,...
