Danelson Farm Home Destroyed by Night Fire–

About 1 o’clock Friday morning at the Stanton Danelson farm home, 16 miles northwest of Scobey, one of the children wanted a drink of water. When the parents arose, they found they were unable to enter the kitchen due to intense heat. That was the only way out of the bedroom. The family climbed out the window, a few clothes in hand, as Stanton attempted to do what he could. Flames from the house showered sparks on the garage, alongside of which was the combine.
