Water Tank Overhaul–

Water patrons in Scobey are advised to be reasonably thrifty in their use of water for the next week or so while the water tank is being given a thorough overhaul. Work to be accomplished includes a thorough cleaning of the tank interior, welding of rusted areas and a complete paint job, both inside and out. A special paint is used on the interior in accordance with state rules for sanitation, and the outside of the tank will be painted black with the name of the city in a lighter color thereon.
